Preferred Towing Program

Before the “Preferred
Towing Program” is to be used it is essential for your policy to be in
force and comprehensive and/or collision coverage applies to the damaged
automobile described on your declaration page.
If the above is in
force you can search the nearest city to your loss location and a call
can be placed to that provider for the vehicle to be towed to either the
nearest body shop, “Direct
Repair Program Shop” or if undecided to your residence if in the
general area of the loss.
If your tow is NOT
accident related then towing coverage must show on your declarations
page in regards to “Towing & Labor/Emergency Road Service Coverage”.

Review the list below (alphabetically by
city) for the closest towing provider to your loss.
If there are none listed in the general
area of your loss, bypass the program and look for a local tow
company.

2. |
Call the provider chosen, provide your
insurance card for review if requested and have the vehicle towed per
the criteria above in regards to body shop or residence. |

| |
3. |
Follow the normal claims procedure from this
point with information as to where the vehicle was taken. |
