Direct Repair Program

Body Shops by AlphaBody Shops by County

Before the "Direct Repair Program" is to be used it is essential for your policy to be in force and comprehensive and/or collision coverage applies to the damaged automobile described on your declaration page.  If you do not elect to use a DRP shop identified in the list, then secure 2 estimates from shops of your choice and forward to us through your agent.

Procedure

  1. Call your agent to report the facts of the accident.

  2. Access the list of approved body shops from either the alphabetical or county listing and make note of the name, address and phone number of the shop you decide to use.

  3. Drive damaged automobile to the body shop to begin repair process.  If your car is not drivable, call the body shop and give the location of your vehicle.  Remember to always identify Wisconsin Mutual Insurance Company as your insurance carrier and that the repairs will be under the Preferred Shop Procedure.

  4. The body shop will photograph the damage, complete an estimate and fax the information to our Home Office, at the same time the shop will schedule your automobile for repairs.
