HO Endorsement Usage

	HO Endorsement Usage 12/18/03 The new and updated homeowner's endorsements that are available 1/1/04 can only be added to new business effective 1/1/04 and thereafter. In-force policies are not eligible for these new endorsements until their first renewal in 2004.

		i.e. If your insured's first renewal in 2004 is not until April 15, 2004, you cannot request a new endorsement be added until the April 15th renewal date.

	The following endorsements are considered new or updated: ML-15 Actual Cash Value ML-30 Incidental Property Coverages-Higher Limits ML-68 Scheduled Glass ML-145 Expanded Replacement Cost Terms ML-170 Computer Coverage ML-208 Water Damage-Sewers, Drains, & Sumps ML-320 Incidental Farming ML-337 Animal Collision ML-422 Dwelling Under Construction-Theft ML-431 Golf Cart Coverage (ok for use with condo and MH currently) ML-432 Golf Cart Liability (ok for use with Condo and MH currently) Endorsements currently in use can still be requested for an insured's policy. In this situation, an older version of an endorsement may be used prior to the first renewal in 2004.

		i.e. WML-146 Expanded Building Replacement Coverage (old version) v. ML-145 Expanded Replacement Cost Terms (new version).

	Upon request, a special endorsement the ML-0686 Identity Fraud Expense Coverage will be available for use on all policies. This endorsement is available for both new and in-force policies effective 1/1/04. See the updated manual sections in the Adjustment section of Agent Access for coverage details.
