New Agent Access Interface
Effective 04-11-05
To further our
website security, the Agent Access Interface will be changing
effective
Monday, April
11, 2005.
The main Agent Access screen will now only consist of the
Bulletins, Register, and the Forgot Password
buttons. In addition to a new Log In button. This
button will take you to a Username and Password Validation
feature.
This new
feature will disable a user if 3 invalid attempts are attempted
within 24 hours. If you disable your username and password, a
licensed agent must call the IS department to re-enable the
information.
Once your
username and password have been verified the Agent Access
features will be displayed. The features themselves have not
changed. Except for a new Log Out link, that will log a
user out of Agent Access.
I have included
images of what the new Agent Access screens will look like
(click the thumbnails to enlarge image).
If your
Agent Access Only screen does not appear as the image or the
Log In button does not take you to the Username and
Password Validation feature, you will need to make the
following update:
Clear Temporary
Internet Files
Open an Internet Browser window
Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select the General tab
Select Delete Files
Select Delete all Offline Content
Select OK (This may take a few moments)
Select OK again
Refresh the Agent Access Only page
This deletes
any previous images your browser has stored of the Agent Access
page.
Please make note that this change
will not be in effect until Monday, April 11, 2005.
