Agent Access Policy Info
Navigation 12-27-04
Effective 12-27-04, the agent
access policy info navigation has been updated. During our
agent advisory meeting, it was suggested that policy information
displays all revolve around a common entry. It is located
on Agent Access under the Policy Navigation heading.
The new navigation allows for the
policy number to be entered one time. From the main policy
screen you see basic policy info, payment status and associated
policies. You will also have navigation to billing
history, policy detail, ID card, claim status, and agent sweep.
This feature replaces all features that were previously found
under the Display Types column and Agent Sweep,
which are Payment Status, Personal Auto,
Historical Auto, Homeowner, Claim Status,
Payment History, ID Card and Submit Payment.
You will no longer see these buttons. All information on a
policy is now found under the Enter Policy button.
Once inside the Policy Info
Navigation, you will have buttons labeled Return to Agent
Access and Return to Policy Entry. You will
also have a Return to Policy Navigation button off of
each feature inside Policy Navigation. These buttons allow
easier navigation throughout. You will not have to rely on
the browser's Back button.
Please note: If your Agent
Access screen does not look like this,

any button link problems, please clear your internet files.
To do so:
Open an Internet Browser window
Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select the General tab
Select Delete Files
Select Delete all Offline Content
Select OK (This may take a few moments)
Select OK again
This deletes any previous images
your browser has stored of the Agent Access page.
