Wisconsin Budget Act 28; Quoting &
Rates- 9/21/09
Effective immediately, the following changes and Med Pay limits have been made to the online quoting system.
Lower limits than 50/100 for BI can no longer
be quoted.
Lower limits than 10,000 for MP can no longer
be quoted.
Lower limits than 100/300 for UM & UIM can no
longer be quoted.
The following MP limits have been added:
Standard
10,000
15,000
20,000
25,000
Premier & Educators (10,000 & 25,000
previously existed)
15,000
20,000
Auto Rate Pages will no longer be published.
The online quoting system or comparative rater will need to be used to
determine the rate.
