Additional Information for Uploaded Auto
Applications Effective, 3-15-06,
a web form has been created to collect all additional information for
uploaded auto applications. Currently we do not receive certain
information when an application is submitted from the MI Comparative
Rater.
This form will prompt you for Lienholder,
Employment, General Question, and Remarks Information. It will also
allow you to update/change the Named Insured and Effective Date if they
were not uploaded correctly.
This form has been added to the Deposit Premium feature online that is currently used to upload the deposit premium
for the applications.
After uploading an application and you
receive the confirmation email, please Log In to Agent Access to submit
the deposit premium and additional information.
