Umbrella Rate Adjustment and Miscellaneous Updates 9-9-04

Effective 10-01-04 the following Manual Updates have been made.

Umbrella Rates - Umbrella Pg 5 & 6
The minimal changes for new and renewal Personal & Farm policies are:

D.	Recreational Vehicle- Each		$20 to $25

E.	Personal Watercraft
	c. Each Personal Watercraft		$30 to $40

Annual Minimum Premium			$120 to $150 Personal
			$150 to $175 Farm

Options
	B. Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist		$40 to $50 Initial Vehicle
			$30 to $40 Each Add'l Vehicle

	C. Increased Limits
		1. $2,000,000 from 1.55 to 1.60% of $1,000,000 premium

Premium Balances - General Info Pg 7
Our policy states that the company will carry forward a debit or credit of 25% or less of their current term premium. The new update includes "or $100, whichever is less".

Fire Department Service Charge - Homeowner Rates Pg 131
A Maximum coverage of $5,000 has been added.

Vehicle Non-Binding/Ineligibility - Educators Pg 2 & Premier Auto Pg 2
h. 1 ton truck has been updated to 1 1/2 ton truck

Territories Detailed Index by Zip - All Territory Listings
A detailed Territory Index by Zip Code has been added to all territory listing pages. This is a further detailed listing to our territory classes. No actual territory changes have been made.
