Policyholder Access
On-line Pay
Wisconsin Mutual is
announcing the release of Policyholder Access Pay On-line,
effective October 24th.
Policyholders will now
have the option to securely pay their bill on-line from a checking or
savings account.
Policyholders must first
be registered for Policyholder Access. They will Log In and view their
policy payment status. If there is an amount due, they will have a Pay
Bill Now button located next to the amount due.
Clicking the Pay Bill
Now button will take them to the Policyholder Access Pay On-line
feature with the amount due pre-entered. Policyholders will not have the
option to make partial payments.
The initial screen will
prompt them for Routing #, Account #, and their initials. They will also
have the option to save their account information for future use.
Information is saved according to Username.
A receipt will be
displayed after the payment has been verified and submitted. The receipt
also displays general guidelines of the on-line payment feature, which
are: Their policy is credited at the time of payment, and will be posted
within 1 business day. The amount will be swept from their
checking/savings account within 4 business days. A confirmation email
will be sent to their registered address when the draw is processed.
Invalid account information may result in the cancellation of your policy.
