Upload Personal Auto Applications through the MI Comparative Rater Wisconsin Mutual is announcing the release of Auto Applications Upload directly out of the MI Comparative Rater, effective October 24^th. The upload will come directly to us and not be filtered through/into our website for further processing at this time. You will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received the application. Within the confirmation email you will be notified if any pertinent information is missing and will be asked to submit it via normal business channels (i.e. email, fax, and mail). Please make sure to reference that it is in regards for an uploaded application. If needed, any follow up requests will come directly from underwriting. Please keep the signed application in your office. Deposit premiums should be submitted on-line through the Deposit Premium feature in Agent Access. This feature is related to Agent Sweep. You must be registered for Agent Sweep and the same account is used. The Agent Sweep Registration Form may be found on-line in the Printable Forms section of Agent Access. If the application is going to be an EFT policy, you should submit the EFT form on-line. Please keep the signed EFT form in your office along with the signed application. The EFT form can be found in the Interactive Forms section of Agent Access. The full version of Adobe Acrobat is needed to submit the form on-line. If you do not have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you should fill in the on-line form, print it off and then fax it in to 608-831-1734. Below are detailed instructions on the upload process: MI will be sending out an update to your rater which will allow you to upload to us, using a button labeled Upload to Wisconsin Mutual – Auto in the Actions tab of the rater. Complete and Rate the Quote Select the Upload to Wisconsin Mutual – Auto in the Actions tab of the rater You will first be prompted for a valid email address, agency code, and sub-producer code. This information is used in processing the uploads and contacting you with a confirmation email when we have received an application. If you do not know your agency/sub-producer codes, please contact us and we will supply you with your information. This information can be set up to be automatically saved, and you will not have to enter it each time. Enter the information and click Continue. On the initial upload only you will be prompted for the following Username and Password.

	That information will then be stored in the rater and will no longer have to enter it each time.
You will then see the application file being uploaded to us. When it is finished the upload box will close and you will be at the Actions page of the MI Rater. You should receive the confirmation email shortly after that. The email will come from QSYSOPR@wiins.com. The Deposit Premium should then be uploaded. You will need to upload the premium on the same day after you have uploaded the application. The Deposit Premium feature links according to last name. You also have the option to upload any home, umbrella, or other deposit premium that goes along with the auto application. If the application is EFT you will then need to submit the form on-line or fax it to 608-831-1734. Below are screen shots of the process you should expect when uploading an application.
