Effective 02-01-09, Coverage for Resident of Assisted Living
Facility can be endorsed in the Homeowner, Premier Homeowner,
and Premier Elite Homeowner programs.

Resident of Assisted Living Facility |
|
|
|
|
|
Provides
coverage for the personal property, additional living
expenses, and personal liability of a person who regularly
resides in an assisted living facility. The person to whom
coverage is provided must be related to the insured by
blood, marriage, or adoption and must not be a member of the
insured’s household. |
|
|
|
|
|
As assisted
living facility is one that provides services such as
dining, housekeeping, medical supervision, social activity
and therapy. An assisted living facility does not include
hospice, prison, or rehabilitation facilities. |
|
|
|
|
|
The
endorsement provides the following coverages: |
|
|
|
$10,000, $20,000 or $30,000 for
Coverage C (with certain property subject to special limits) |
|
|
|
$6,000 for Coverage D (subject
of a maximum of $500 per month) |
|
|
|
$100,000 for Coverage L |
|
|
|
|
|
Minimum policy deductible of
$250 applies. |
|
|
|
|
