Effective
10-08-08, In response to requests from agents, a Grace Policy listing has
been released. The display lists an agents current policies that are
in Grace status.
It contains Policy, Insured Name, Amount, Due
Date and Status. Each record (policy transaction) also has a "View"
button. That allows them to link to the main Policy
Navigation/Client Page, which shows policy/payment status along with all
remaining options (Submit Sweep Payment, Billing History, Policy Detail
etc).
This
feature is located under the "Policy Navigation" column in Agent Access. |
