Emailing
Agent Decs
Continuing its effort in going green
and being more efficient,
beginning May 1st, 2008,
Wisconsin Mutual Insurance will be sending agents their Declaration
Pages via email. |

Regardless if the agent is
a download agent or if they are a paperless agent, all Declaration
Pages will be converted to electronic form and emailed to the agency.
All Renewals, Changes, New Business, Reverses and Re-issues for all
lines of business will be emailed. The emails will be in the form of
a PDF document and will be an exact copy of the paper dec page. These
can easily be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is
a free download from
www.adobe.com. Emails
will be created and sent on the evening of the business day that the
transaction occurs. For organizational purposes, these emails will be
grouped together by like transactions, i.e. all renewals will be
grouped and sent as one email, per job run. All paper copies will be
stopped for all lines of business. |
