Clarifications
The EFT
Form and EFT Conversion Request have been updated to further clarify the
guidelines on the new EFT program. Both of these may be found in the
Printable Forms section inside Agent Access. Your policyholders may
also download them in the Policyholder Access section.
Wisconsin
Mutual has also added an EFT Frequently Asked Questions section located on
the Customer Service page. This may answer more detailed questions
your policyholders may have.
